Electrifying Information – March 4, 2023
As you are probably aware, the Inflation Reduction Act is rolling out across the United States. You will want to become informed about how to access the benefits, including incentives, rebates, and funding for energy efficient projects this legislation will bring to the Baraboo area as details become available.
During the February 25 meeting of the Home and Business Action Team, the group discussed a nonprofit group called Rewiring America. According to its website, this nonprofit is dedicated to "decarbonizing our world fast enough to limit global warming to 1.5 degrees Celsius, and to ensuring that no household or community is left behind." To that end, they work to "make electrification simple, measurable, and inevitable," and move American households and communities away from fossil fuels and towards electricity.
